Peak season for shipping starts from the middle of October and runs through to Xmas.

This means there are more parcels moving through the freight networks and from late November and into December, expect delays from high parcel volumes and congestion.

Slower transit times may also apply in the periods between Xmas and New Year.

We recommend that customers place orders well before the cut-off dates to ensure adequate transit times during the peak season.

Trading Hours

In addition to the standard public holidays that apply in Victoria, the myCuppa website will remain open 24/7 to accept orders, however, the following operational hours will apply.

Monday 23rd December 2024 MIDDAY cut-off (Melbourne) - final shipping.

myCuppa is closed from midday 23/12/2024 until 29/12/24.

All orders placed during the shutdown will be processed upon return.

Monday 30th December 2024 - roasting and shipping resumes.
