How shipping costs are calculated : Shipping charges vary and there is no flat rate. Carriers use destination (your postcode), the cubic volume (size) and the weight of a parcel to determine cost.
We try our best to offer the most competitive rates and we even subsidize a bit.
When will my parcel arrive : Unfortunately, it's not possible to supply accurate delivery times and we suggest checking the courier websites for the latest transit times.
We promise to get your order ready super-fast, nothing hangs around waiting.
Generally, we pick, pack and ship your order within an hour during our work shifts.
Tracking: You will receive notifications and tracking details via email as we pick and ship your order. Once we hand over your parcel to the courier they will keep you informed as the parcel makes the journey to you.
Why we are faster: Yep, we get it, nobody likes waiting for deliveries, especially coffee.
Our large size enables us direct access to a high-speed hub to bypass Melbourne Parcel Facility - often a source of delays. This applies for most parcels, but we can't guarantee all parcels will bypass MPF as this is subject to change by the courier.
Sometimes we can reduce 1-2 days from the transit time and that goes a long way to helping your parcel arrive sooner.

FRESH is the only way to achieve the ultimate capsule experience
Australia has some of the world's highest standards and expectations of coffee quality.
We are also a nation well informed about what makes great coffee, and everyone knows that fresh-roasted coffee is critical for maximum enjoyment.
It should also be valid for the right choice of Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules.
We roast the Ethiopia Organic coffee for these capsules in small batches, and it's converted at our capsule plant in Melbourne to ensure freshness.
NOTE:- multiple Nespresso capsule systems exist - this is the "original or classic".
Our coffee capsules are suitable for Nespresso original and standard classic-type machines.
The capsule base and lid materials are certified internationally by HANSECONTROL, dated August 2020.

Shipping and Packaging of coffee capsules
Our bags of 15 premium 100% Arabica coffee capsules, certified organic, are carefully packaged during shipping. To ensure their safety, we use a bag for cushioning purposes. Rest assured that your coffee capsules will arrive in perfect condition.
For your order of 120x capsule products, we will send you 8x of the shipping bags enclosed in a carton for rigidity during transit in the parcel network.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The colour of our capsule base changes from time to time, depending on our production inventory and the availability of the raw materials from Europe.
Generally, we can hold only two different colours at a time because the order size for each colour is half a million capsules.
For illustration, our images show the Nespresso-compatible "classic" original style of capsule base.
The colour of the capsule base does not impact the capsule's performance or the coffee packed inside.
Disclaimer: The capsule base colours you receive in your order may differ from those in the image above. There is no performance difference between the different coloured bases—they are all identical.
The Nespresso trademark is utilised in our documents, articles, and listings merely to describe our products. We have no affiliation, support, or endorsement from Nespresso (Societe Des Products Nestle SA).
Our goal is to clarify that our coffee capsules have been designed and manufactured to be compatible with and function effectively in capsule machines that use specific licensed Nespresso technology.
We do not sell Nespresso products or solutions.

Organic - only and forever
After working with coffee for over 40 years, we have always seen a strong demand for healthier coffee options.
With 15 years of portion-control coffee experience, we knew that nobody used quality ingredients in the capsule/pod segment, and worse still, it was rarely organic.
Instead, all the capsule makers were racing to the bottom, trying to use the cheapest and nastiest ingredients. Sure, making coffee capsules is expensive, and the dosage limitations are quite restrictive, at just 5.2 grams.
That means capsule makers use the harshest, roughest, and dirtiest coffees available to create "bite." These coffees are grown at low altitudes, literally drowning in poisonous chemicals.
Unsurprisingly, there is a better way, and it's why we invested more than a million dollars in building our capsule plant to convert our already popular Organic coffees into fresh capsules.
We care about our health and use organic products at home whenever possible. This same philosophy pervades our entire coffee business.
So we make only 100% arabica and 100% certified Organic coffee capsules.
Be kind to your body.
Full control over quality
We started making portion-control coffees in 2009.
Despite creating amazing espresso coffees, portion control was an entirely different beast.
Capsules use lower dosages (grams of coffee per serving), so coffee roasters must be more creative and flexible.
There are only a handful of capsule manufacturers in Australia, yet more than 1000+ brands sell capsules. Third-party providers either roast and create the capsules in-house or take roasted coffee from brands for conversion, returning the finished product to the roaster up to a month later.
It's largely a black box process with limited ways to control both quality and freshness.
Most coffee brands in Australia selling capsules, even the larger, well-known brands, do not roast the coffee inside their products. Instead, they rely upon the capsule converter to use coffees of unknown grade, as it is cheaper to use these generic capsules. Capsules are placed in attractive packaging, making it impossible to differentiate them from name brands.
That's a deceptive way to sell coffee: using the reputation earned in other segments to sell generic capsules they did not manufacture.
When most Nespresso-compatible capsules use a product made by a single supplier, it's no surprise the taste will be similar.
So, in 2019, we began building our capsule facility with special controls, grinders, and degassing chambers, focusing on organic coffees.
We are one of Australia's few vertically integrated capsule sellers who can control the entire end-to-end process.
Our capsules taste sweeter because the quality of our ingredients is superior to that of the rest of the market.
flavor+aroma lock
In our 15 years of working in portion-control coffees, we have learned an incredible amount about how to best protect and preserve the critical aroma and flavour compounds from freshly roasted coffees.
Over the last four years, we have exhaustively tested numerous coffee capsule base and lid solutions from European suppliers. Most of these were compostable materials that failed to preserve the coffee's freshness to our minimum standard. The lid materials, in particular, were prone to leaking volatile compounds in fresh coffee.
The compostable capsule segment is moving quickly, and improvements are forthcoming, but there are still many compromises when using compostable materials for freshly roasted coffees.
Our current system uses a hybrid EVOH and foil solution to fully protect the ground coffee inside the capsule from staling. In fact, it performs almost equivalent freshness barrier protection to aluminium, with the added benefit that our capsule base has a 40% lower carbon footprint compared to aluminium.
Our exclusive flavor+aroma lock system will ensure you enjoy freshly roasted coffee brews to perfection, combining all of the wonderful elements for the best-tasting coffee experience.
Why our coffees are different
Our custom SUPA-ROASTA is a one-of-a-kind, fully cast-iron platform using the most advanced computer controls for ultra-precise roasting of the best-tasting coffees.
These days, complete cast-iron roasting systems are extremely rare. Only cast-iron platforms can impart that highly desirable soft, moist heat into the coffee beans.
Would the best chefs and BBQ experts cook their culinary delights on Stainless, Alloy or Mild Steel or Air ?
Nope, neither would we.
mycuppa's SUPA-ROASTA creates coffees with smooth, rich, high-flavoured tastes, full and syrupy body, fine acidity and of course our trademark long, sweet finish.
Nothing compares.
how we roast your coffee
Roasting coffee is a precise science. These days, computer profiles perform most of the automated tasks for controlling a roast profile. However, through better quality control via tasting, testing and optimization, we can make a big difference to the finished product through setting special parameters.
