Our large size enables us to have direct access to a high-speed hub that bypasses Melbourne Parcel Facility - a source of delays. We can't guarantee all parcels will bypass MPF as this is subject to route plans by the courier.
It is possible to reduce 1-2 days from the transit time by helping your parcel arrive sooner.

The Sweetest of them all
Gorillas are not the only notable thing to come from the jungle slopes of Rwanda.
They also produce fantastic quality coffees that rival Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Uganda.
Our Rwandan coffees and PNG Highlands offer some of the best value in our store.
Its intense "sweetness" shines in any brew application, whether a plunger, percolator, drip, stovetop, or espresso.
It's an exceptional coffee.
Fresh crop arrived in early August 2024 and is now in production.
Back in 2009, we started working with coffee from Rwanda.
A period long before the rest of the coffee industry discovered the sheer greatness of Rwandan coffee.
Our 100% Arabica Rwanda coffee beans are roasted perfectly to a medium level for the sweetest coffee ever.
Not only is it delightful, but there is some decadent richness with a smooth flavour of orange jaffa and a lingering chocolate finish.
It is a coffee similar to Yirgachaffe but with less fruit and more chocolate notes.
Rwanda single-origin specialty-grade coffee is perfect for any occasion.
I will tell you a secret - customers who buy our Rwanda coffee keep returning to purchase it repeatedly.
They know it's something extraordinary.
About Rwanda Coffees
This coffee was produced by 30 coffee members in Rwanda who called themselves 'Urengerekawa, ' which means 'Let us protect coffee.'
A cooperative formed in 2007 with coffee farms in the southwestern part of the country within the Rusizi district.
West of the Nyakabuye sector, Nyabintarecell, Barenga village (altitude 1,600 to 1,700 above sea level.)
In 2008, the coop members came up with the idea of having their wet mill produce, treat and sell their coffee with improved quality outcomes.
Each coop member has an equal share of 350 and 2,500 coffee trees.

Why our coffees are different
Our custom SUPA-ROASTA is a one-of-a-kind, fully cast-iron platform using the most advanced computer controls for ultra-precise roasting of the best-tasting coffees.
These days, complete cast-iron roasting systems are extremely rare. Only cast-iron platforms can impart that highly desirable soft, moist heat into the coffee beans.
Would the best chefs and BBQ experts cook their culinary delights on Stainless, Alloy or Mild Steel or Air ?
Nope, neither would we.
mycuppa's SUPA-ROASTA creates coffees with smooth, rich, high-flavoured tastes, full and syrupy body, fine acidity and of course our trademark long, sweet finish.
Nothing compares.
how we roast your coffee
Roasting coffee is a precise science. These days, computer profiles perform most of the automated tasks for controlling a roast profile. However, through better quality control via tasting, testing and optimization, we can make a big difference to the finished product through setting special parameters.

Ground coffee is poor value
Whole beans are the only way to enjoy freshly roasted coffee.
The moment coffee beans are ground, most of the essential, active compounds in ground coffee oxidize rapidly, losing vitality, aroma, flavour and body.
Ground coffee barely lasts 15 minutes; even sealed packs lose more than 80% of the critical essence in 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, once you open and close that pack, it's game over, and the ground coffee continues to stale at 20x the rate of whole beans inside of a sealed, unopened pack.
If you love coffee, please don't waste money buying pre-ground packs; you only get a small part of the wonderful coffee experience.
Buy a decent grinder and purchase whole beans; it makes a huge difference in aroma, flavour, and enjoyment.
