Australia has grown up on fine PNG and Colombian coffees, and after six hard months of searching, testing and evaluating, we have hand-picked two coffees to feature in the Summer of 2012.
Colombia Excelso La Union
This premium, limited-release specialty coffee is the best Colombian we have tasted in the last two years.
As an Excelso, it's a smaller screen, but don't let that put you off - those little beans provide a rich, smooth honey and caramel infusion with a punchy, acidic orange impression - making it delightful through milk.

DIRECT TRADE - PNG Highlands AAThe first of our Direct Trade initiatives is a superb PNG AA from the Mount Hagan region grown using the same quality controls as Sigri and Bannum Wo coffees.
This superb washed arabica offers tropical fruit notes in a clean cup with a smooth honey and caramel finish.
It's a stunning coffee and what we seek in a PNG - versatility.
